New year- so far so good. I didn’t go out New Years Eve, but instead rang it in with the company of a good friend. Here’s to hoping, for the both of us, that 2012 is a little easier on us. I’ve surprised myself by running on the treadmill almost every day for about 15 minutes and I’ve been eating fairly well. Those were two things I really wanted to take seriously, and I have.

I have no resolutions, only short term goals and good habits this year. I think it’ll work.
